A quick Instant Pot chicken salad with shredded chicken, apple, celery, herbs, and a tangy mustard-vinegar dressing. It’s mayo-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, and made in 10 minutes of pressure cooking.

  • 3 Chicken breasts
